1. Delivery Areas We currently deliver to all governorates of Egypt through our trusted shipping partners.
Delivery to remote areas may take slightly longer than the usual timeframe.
2. Delivery Times Alexandria, Cairo & Giza: 2-3 business days
Coastal Cities & Major Cities: 2-5 business days
Upper Egypt: 4-7 business days
Business days do not include Fridays and official holidays.
3. Shipping Fees Displayed at checkout completion
Orders may be eligible for free shipping during promotional periods or when meeting the minimum purchase amount, as advertised.
4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (for prepaid orders) or after order confirmation (for cash on delivery).
You will receive an SMS or phone call from the shipping company before delivery.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Cash on delivery is available for all orders throughout Egypt.
Please have the exact amount ready for delivery to the shipping company upon receipt.
6. Delays and Exceptions While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
High order volume during sale/promotional periods.
Shipping company disruptions or weather conditions.
Incomplete or incorrect delivery information from the customer.
7. Track Your Order You can track your order through:
Order confirmation email (with tracking details if available).
Contacting our customer service team.
8. Delivery Attempts The shipping company will attempt delivery twice.
If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us, and redelivery fees may apply.
9. International Shipping Currently, we ship within Egypt only. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.
