You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  1. You can exchange or return through "Tree" branches by presenting the invoice, ensuring the product is in its original condition within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Exchange or return is available through "Tree" branches within 14 days of receiving the product, provided you present the invoice and the product is in its original condition.

  3. Accessories and underwear cannot be exchanged or returned.

Exchange or Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service via email or customer service phone number.

  2. Provide your order number and mobile phone number.

  3. Explain the reason for exchange or return and specify the product you wish to exchange.

  4. In case of product damage, non-compliance with the image displayed on the website, or if the wrong size, color, or product was sent, clarify the issue with clear photos within a maximum of two days from receiving the product.

  5. "Tree" bears full shipping costs if the product is damaged, or if the wrong product, size, or color was sent, with a commitment to exchange or return it.

  6. If the exchange or return is for reasons other than those mentioned above, the customer bears the full shipping costs for exchange or return.

  7. If a problem appears in the product after use, contact us and send the issue in detailed written format with clear photos at the time the problem appears.

  8. If the product requires quality inspection, the product will be received and examined by the quality department, and the customer will be notified within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order at the company headquarters regarding the appropriate action for the order status.

  9. If the customer benefited from a "Tree" offer, and after exchange or return the offer conditions are violated, the offer will be cancelled.

  10. Exchanged orders will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days.

Exchange and return requests are processed within 48 business hours.

  1. No inspection is available upon delivery.

Refund Methods:

  • In case of cash payment, the amount will be refunded through Vodafone Cash or any electronic wallet.
  • In case of Visa payment, the amount will be refunded through the bank account.
